Whether you are looking for a few steaks for a small gathering or a quarter/half or whole to
fill the freezer we are your one stop source for high quality organic beef.
All of our beef is raised on our organically certified ranch in Billings County, north of Belfield, ND.
We usually have quarters and sides available for you, however, if you desire specific cuts we will accommodate you when we harvest a beef. Call us (701-388-7284 or 701-575-4767) to check our inventory or place an order for a quarter, half or whole beef. All animals are processed at Sturgis Meat Company, Sturgis, SD. Sturgis Meat Company is an organically certified and USDA inspected harvest facility.

$5.00/lb for hot hanging weight of carcasses (includes processing costs)
